  • Transcriptomic: strand-specific RNA-Seq and small RNA-Seq.
  • Epigenomic: whole genome methyl-Seq and ChIP-Seq.
  • Bioinformatic: gene expression profiling, genome/transcriptome assembly and annotation, SNP/SV detection, population genetics studies and metagenomics analysis.
