Thermo Scientific Cellomics ArrayScan VT

Thermo Scientific

The ArrayScan provides the ability to accommodate slides and multiwell plates, obtain fluorescent and bright-field images, and efficiently analyze large data sets. It removes bottlenecks and speeds time to results.

High-content screening (HCS) platform for automated fluorescence and brightfield imaging and quantitative analyses of fixed or live cells in microplates. The ArrayScan is fitted with environmental control (temperature, CO2, %RH). Image analysis can be performed in real time using nineteen different analytical "Bioapplications" algorithms.

Applications include programs to study the cell cycle, cell motility, marker localization, membrane dynamics, neuronal differentiation, and protein translocation. This system is ideal for high-throughput screens, cell-based assays, and numerous
other applications.
